About the event

Join veteran and advocate Graham Ginn as he shares his personal journey with psychedelics and discusses the latest developments in psychedelic legislation and reform in Texas and beyond. Texas has become an epicenter of massive change in the research and application of psychedelics to treat mental illness.  We will discuss the biggest supporters of this change and how this can benefit not only veterans but first responders and the entire Texas population. Texas sits dead last in the US when it comes to proper mental health support, so change is crucial.  Come and listen, learn, share, and ask questions so that we can get the word out that true change and help is coming to the mental health landscape in our state.

About the Speaker:

Graham Ginn is an experienced business development executive who also spent eight years working in commercial aviation. Prior to that, he served as a crew member on a maritime aircraft that made deployments to Iceland. Graham’s personal journey with psychedelic medicine began in December of 2020 in an effort to unlock and heal deeply rooted trauma. As a result of his powerful experience, he connected with key veterans, researchers, politicians, and advocates in the psychedelic movement in Texas and in the United States, allowing for historic research bills like HB 1802 to pass in the Lone Star state in 2021. He’s now connected with some of the biggest changemakers and veterans organizations in this brave new landscape, and he’s working with them to lead the charge for psychedelic reform in Texas and beyond. His recent cancer battle shifted his perspective about life (and death) and also awakened him to the troubled medical establishment. He’s now developing a groundbreaking new medical device that could potentially benefit millions of cancer patients.
